Privacy Policy

Seven Sudokus does not sell personal information and does not use data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Information the app handles

• Gameplay and inventory: saved games, completion history, statistics, and hint/autofill inventory are stored on your device and synchronized through your private Apple iCloud/CloudKit account when iCloud is available.
• Analytics: Firebase Analytics receives app interaction, device, operating-system, app-version, and installation information so we can understand feature use and improve the game.
• Diagnostics: Firebase Crashlytics receives crash reports, stack traces, relevant app state, device and operating-system information, and Analytics breadcrumbs around a crash.
• Feedback: when you submit in-app feedback, Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous identifier. Firebase Firestore stores the category and text you provide, an optional screenshot, submission time, app version, device model, and operating-system version.
• Support email: if you choose Contact Support, the app opens Apple’s mail composer with your message plus app, device, and OS version. Your email provider handles the message under its own privacy terms.

Notifications

Puzzle reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. Permission is optional and can be changed in iOS Settings. Seven Sudokus retains the remote-notification entitlement required by Apple services used for CloudKit synchronization; the app does not use notifications for advertising.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide and synchronize the game, respond to feedback and support requests, understand product interaction, diagnose failures, prevent feedback abuse, and improve reliability. It is not used for third-party advertising.

Retention and deletion

Gameplay data remains in your private iCloud storage until you remove it through Apple’s iCloud controls. Feedback and diagnostic information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, investigate issues, maintain security, and improve the app, subject to the retention settings of Firebase and Google Analytics.

To request deletion of feedback or support information, email us with enough detail to locate the submission, such as its approximate date and subject. You can also reset local app data by deleting the app and manage synchronized data from your iCloud settings.

Service providers

Apple provides iCloud/CloudKit and local notification services. Google Firebase provides Analytics, Crashlytics, anonymous Authentication, and Firestore. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Children

Seven Sudokus is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request names, email addresses, or other direct contact information through the in-app feedback form.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app or its services change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
